Shipment and returns policy

*Free delivery for purchases amounting to 70 € or more to Peninsula and Portugal.

For purchases up to 70 € the shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the shipping adress and the weight of the package.

*Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands are free for purchases equal to or greater than 90€. For lower purchases, shipping costs are automatically calculated according to weight, before making the payment.

The prices indicated for shipment costs do not include import taxes or customs duties and shall be payed by the recipient of the goods upon delivery.

The orders are sent via courier services with a maximum delivery time of 7 business days after purchase.

We try to serve during the 2-3 following working days of the completion of the order or payment confirmation.

We accept returns and exchanges on orders that are in new, unused and uncut condition within 7 days of the order being received.

Shipping return charges are non-refundable. If the cause of the devolution is because you are not satisfied we will send you the money back subtracting the return expenses.
